If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items. We are committed to resolving any problems, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The incorrect produce was delivered.
- The produce is damaged or of poor quality.
For Excess Payments:
If you have made an excess payment, you have the following options:
- Place a New Order: Use the excess amount for another purchase.
- Credit for Future Purchases: Apply the excess amount to upcoming purchases.
- Request a Refund: Subject to the processing time of your bank or payment provider.
For Cancelled Orders:
Orders cancelled before our 6:00 AM cut-off time will automatically be refunded, subject to the processing time of your respective bank or payment provider.
