Ingredients
  • 75g Butter
  • 1 pack White Shimeji Mushroom
  • 1 pack Brown Shimeji Mushroom
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Puree
  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Spring Onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 10g Sugar
How to cook:

. Prep the mushrooms. Separate the mushrooms from their base and rinse lightly. Pat dry.

. Cook the garlic. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic puree and cook until it smells good (about 30 seconds).

. Add mushrooms. Toss in the white and brown Shimeji mushrooms. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until they soften.

. Season. Add soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Mix well so mushrooms are coated.

. Finish. Sprinkle sesame seeds and spring onions on top. Give it a quick stir.

. Serve. Best served hot with rice, noodles, or as a topping for tofu or meat.
